Analysis of B2B Electronic Contracting possibilities

Contracts are fundamental to all economic production and exchange processes. The fast introduction of IT into the business domain both facilitates and requires ganges in core business processes and relations between business organizations. In the kontext of the latter, the use of IT in business-to-business contracting processes aims at optimisation and globalisation of these processes by improving their speed, efficiency and reach. Electronic contracting can thus be used on the one hand to improve existing business relationship paradigms and on the other hand to enable new forms of contractual relationships. This thesis illuminat conception of electronic B2B business, values present conception B2B electronic cooperation, basic features, about comunication between subjects of electronic banking (payments between cornered in electronic business), connection security B2B contracts and bears economic point of view. In practical part is analized model of Adriadatabanka s.r.o. electronic cooparating with business partner and then is designed new, more eficient solution.
Core banking systems

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of core banking systems. The main objective is to analyze the implementation of the SEPA payments into the payment module. The theoretical part defines the concept of core banking systems and its history. It also compares conventional approaches to core banking systems with Islamic ones. The theoretical part also includes chapters about implementation approaches, the most common challenges in implementation and architecture of core banking systems. Next part of thesis is about the basic modules of core banking systems. The practical part is about the analysis of requirements on core banking systems. Especially the requirements that are mandatory from legislation perspective. These are SEPA payments, PSD2 and instant payments. Gap analysis is used as the main method. We chose SEPA payment implemetation as the requirement that we will analyse. There are two possible solutions that can be used. The first one is the customization of the current payment module and the second solution is implementation of the payment hub. The conclusion of the thesis focuses on the best solution for each of two types of bank institutions. The main acquisition of the thesis is the recommended solution for two different types of banks. And second of all, the conclusions which was founded in this thesis should be used for another requirements such as PSD2, the introduction of instant payments, and more.

Analysis of implmentation of project SEPA

The goal of this work is to define and analyze european integration within the payment system of the European Union, with the main focus on project SEPA and its payment instruments. In first part it covers the legislative phase, the general characteristics, goals and advantages of the project, institutions responsible for the implementation and coordintation of the project, EU clearing system and standardization of SEPA payment instruments. Analytical part of thesis focus on description and analysis of economical effects of project and individual SEPA payment instruments and their implementation into national payment system of the EU member states. The last part deal with the issue of implementation of SEPA project in Slovakia.
Využitie SEPA inštrumentov v Slovenskej republike

One of the key goal of European Union was create single europe payments in countries in European economic community on the base of principals of the monetary union. Therefore, agencies of the European union created project SEPA, which eases payments system in all countries participated in this project and enables to transfer cross-border payments in same conditions like domestic payments. Thesis professes to characteristic of SEPA, legislative and law standard, which regulates system SEPA. There are described SEPA instruments and institutions of this project. Thesis involves also process, institutions and instruments of SEPA in Slovakia. Practical part of thesis focuses on analysis of data obtained from created questionnaires. It contains an analysis of information, the use, value and impact of the Single European natural and legal persons of Slovakia as participants cashless payments based on a questionnaires.
Project SEPA and its application

The main theme of this bachelor thesis is "Project SEPA and its application." In the first part of my work, I focus on analysis of payments systems and related terms. The next chapter is about legal frame of payments in the Czech Republic and in the European Union. I continue with description of project SEPA, its process of development, payment instruments and with its positives and negatives in recent practice. Next part of this bachelor thesis is focused on recent experiences with application of project SEPA in member states of the EU and on future goals and priorities in development of project SEPA. At the end of my thesis, I evaluate the development of project SEPA in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic.
Fraud prevention in the system of payments

The work deals with fraud perpetrated on non-cash payments. There is characterized the most common forms of non-cash payment fraud. It deals with the prevention of fraud in three main areas: financial literacy and education, law and institutions. It is a comparison of the effectiveness of these areas of prevention of fraud perpetrated on the territory of the Czech Republic and the EU for a certain period. There is also explained exactly how to prevent fraud.
SEPA and its implementation

The bachelor thesis describes the European cross-border integration, with emphasing on non-cash transactions and SEPA. It defines the basic characteristics and goals of SEPA, its organizational structure, provisions in the form of PSD, the basic objectives and the sectors involved in the operation of this project. Further on the thesis analyzes the progress of the project, its historical development up to the present time, discusses the actual payment instruments in detail, describes the migration phases and the actual course of the implementation of project in the Eurozone. The final part is dedicated to the implementation of SEPA in the in the Slovak Republic and describes the organizational structure, division of powers, the process itself and the state of implementation.
The system of payment development in context of attachment the Czech Republic to the European Union

The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the system of payment in the Czech Republic and in the whole European Union. The theoretical part defines system of payment generally, its organization, the telecommunication network SWIFT and also describes the electronic payments. The following chapter deals with the legislation of this area in our country. There have been made a lot of changes untill these days because of the strong effort to harmonize legal form of payment system with the regulations of European Union. The next part of this study is dedicated to individual payment system especially the CERTIS which is the unique but highly efficient system in the Czech Republic. The practical part obtained the comparison of the payment system which are using in the European Union. For better lucidity the systems are devided into the wholesale payments and the retail payments. The trends and the prognosis of the interbank payment system development are identified in the conclusion of this study.
Product SEPA and its application

The goal of this thesis is to capture the European integration in international payments and credit transfers in the European Union with a focus on the SEPA project, its products and its implementation in Slovakia. It covers the legislative phase, the general characteristics and goals of the project, but also the functioning of institutions responsible for implementation and coordination of the project, the clearing system and the timetable required for implementation. The work deals with various payment instruments and tools of this project. In conclusion, the work attempts to analyze the implementation of the SEPA project in Slovakia.
